Can you do custom or personalized orders?
We're very sorry but due to the number of orders we receive we are unable to handle any custom requests right now, apologies!
However, we are of course open to design suggestions as we are always looking for new ideas for the store.
Do you offer Rush/Express Shipping?
Apologies but we don't offer any expedited shipping at this time.
We ship all of our orders via USPS First Class mail. Our shipping charge covers the postage cost we pay, the packaging we use as well as our time.
Whilst we can't take any shortcuts on our printing process or rush shipping, we will do our very best to get your order sent out to you as soon as we possibly can.
How do your garments fit & what size do I need?
Our customers tell us our sizing is fairly close to what they consider 'standard sizing' and when ordering their usual size for the most part it fits great!
Our tshirts are slightly fitted compared to a classic shape tshirt, comparable to American Apparel if you have any experience with their shirts.
We haven't heard of our garments shrinking unless they are tumble dried on high - which we do not recommend.
Here's an example of usual sizing feedback we receive:
"Love it!! I ordered it a little larger in size based on previous reviews, so it's a little big. I would recommend ordering true to size. I've washed this tank and dried it a handful of times and haven't noticed any shrinkage. Thanks!!"
If I order today when will I receive my order?

It takes between 3 to 5 business days (usually its 3) from when the order is placed to dispatch as all our products are made to order.
Following dispatch it takes between:
- 3 to 6 business days with USPS for US delivery.
- 5 to 10 business days for delivery to Canada.
- 10 to 20 business for delivery to the rest of the world (depending on your country).
Do you offer any other sizes or colors?
Unfortunately right now we only offer the sizes and colors you can find on our listings!
We're always expanding our products, colors and sizes though so please do check back soon :)
Can you give me a quantity discount?
We do offer a discount on multiple items purchased in the form of our shipping discount: Each additional item is only $0.99 shipping each after the first item.
Unfortunately we can't offer much in the way of discounts on the products themselves though. We aim to keep our prices as low as possible all year round whilst always offering a high quality product to our customers!
Can you include a note or message with my order?
I'm really sorry but unfortunately we cannot handle note requests right now. All the custom requests we were getting was really slowing down the printing and shipping of orders to the point where we were getting behind on orders.
Apologies but due to this we can not cater to any custom note requests at the moment.
All of our items just go out with a packing slip to avoid any confusion with the contents of the package both on our end and when it arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We process our orders very quickly to ensure we can get them printed and shipped to our customers as soon as we possibly can! Because of this we cannot usually change or cancel your order once you have placed it. Please make sure to check all information very carefully before ordering.
If you discover a mistake, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible.
What are your Christmas shipping deadlines?
We recommend keeping in mind these last shipping dates to guarantee that your order arrives in time for Christmas. If you order after the dates listed below we will still process your order and ship it to you and it may get you before Christmas but we cannot guarantee that it will.
United States: 8th December
Canada / Europe / Australia and New Zealand: 23rd November
Rest of world: 16th November
